The Challenge

With demand growing year-on-year, the client needed additional space to accommodate packing and distribution without relocating. The business required a solution that would maximise vertical space and support its expansion while allowing operations to continue during peak periods.

Our Approach

Around 3–4 years ago, we completed Phase 1, a 2-tier mezzanine flooring system that created multiple new levels of usable workspace within the existing building. In Phase 2, we further extended the floor area to support the company’s growing needs.


Our team managed every aspect of the project:

  • Initial site visits and consultation
  • Full technical drawings
  • Coordination with building control
  • Fire-rated construction and compliance with all fire and safety regulations


We worked closely with the client to schedule work outside of peak business periods, ensuring no disruption to their busy hamper-packing season.
